Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough — an email saying so is fine. It is here because the law entitles you to it.

Before you start

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you are withdrawing from it, and no reason is needed. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the pieces back. See Returns for what happens next and how refunds work.

What happens after you send it

We confirm receipt without delay. You then have 14 days to send the pieces back, and we refund within 14 days of your notice — though we may wait until the return has arrived or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
